Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge with 12—15 years Of hands-on experience in graphite machining operations. The candidate Will be responsible for overseeing CNC/VMC/Conventional machining of graphite precision components, ensuring production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily production schedules.

- Allocate manpower and machine resources efficiently.

- Supervise and manage CNC, VMC & Conventional machining operations for graphite component

- Ensure production targets are achieved.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance Of graphite parts.

- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.

- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.

- Coordinate with PPC, QA, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch.

- Implement 5S and safety practices.

- Maintain production MIS reports and efficiency tracking.

- Lead and train operators in safe handling Of graphite materials.

- Minimize downtime and process losses.

- Maintain strict dust control and housekeeping standards in graphite machining areas.

- Coordinate With CAD/CAM programmers for parts machining strategy.

- Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.

- 6—10 years of machining industry (VMC/CNC/Conventional) experience.

- Minimum 3+ years experience specifically in graphite machining (preferred).

- Strong knowledge Of tooling, feeds & speeds for graphite material.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models

- Leadership & team handling

- VMC/CNC machining knowledge/programming understanding

- Problem-solving

- Lean manufacturing

- Knowledge Of graphite machining characteristics

- Tool management & process optimization

- Problem-solving and process improvement

- Familiarity with dust extraction systems and graphite-safe machining practices.

- Exposure to ISO documentation and process control systems
