Its multi-stage operational process consumes a large amount of energy, generates enormous heat, various gases and dust particles. All these are treated adequately to protect ambient working conditions and the external environment.

Minimizing energy use is a priority at Reinvent Carbon. We actively work to reduce our energy footprint throughout graphite production by optimizing processes and seeking innovative technologies. This commitment conserves resources and supports our sustainable manufacturing goals.
Prudent Investments
The company has made substantial investments in various pollution control equipment over the past few years. The equipment installed include ETP incinerators, electrostatic precipitators, dust collectors, scrubbers, fume hoods and oil separators. The investments made and initiatives adopted have resulted in maintaining emission and pollution control levels well within the prescribed limits.
We’re Pioneering the Future of Graphite Applications
Oil separation tanks have been installed to prevent oil mix and spills, ensuring environmental safety. Monthly ETP tests are conducted to monitor performance quality, and all activities follow a documented procedure. Additionally, a plant has been set up to treat human waste, which is converted into manure for gardening purposes.
To control dust pollution, effective dust collectors are installed and maintained at all dust-generating points. Ambient and stack air quality is checked bimonthly by external agencies. Incinerators have also been commissioned to remove unwanted particles and products efficiently.
Solid waste is managed by selling it to authorized agents or using it for landfilling. Acoustic enclosures minimize noise levels from multifuel power-generating sets, with bimonthly checks conducted to ensure compliance.

We are committed to safeguarding the health of our employees through comprehensive protection measures. Workers are insured under ESIC and Personal Accident Policies, while officers and staff receive Mediclaim coverage along with accident protection, ensuring financial security in case of emergencies.
Regular biannual health check-ups by qualified physicians help monitor and maintain the well-being of our workforce. Proactive care ensures early detection of health concerns, allowing timely intervention.
